Some minor improvements

I have removed the old statistics page (which was about 4~5 years old... ) and will now display a statistic with the latest referer URLs and the latest browsers who called this page.

Also I have set the redirect target of the old index.php3-page to the new index.php-page. The old redirect target to the document root (www.shalane.de) sometimes caused an endless loop. Please update your bookmarks so that they will reference the root directory
